A Ticket to the Show
I like the idea of going to see a movie in the theater but when it comes time to walk to the movie house, buy a ticket, then sit in a crowded room with 100 other people I always want to back out. It's too much work, I'll wait until it's available on demand. I'm lucky that my wife feels the same way, though her logic is a bit different. Sometimes she'll bring up a movie she wants to go see, and I'll agree, but then once it's time to get going, I'll remember how much work it is to go and I'll change my mind. Then I have to remind her that she hates the movies, but not because of the crowds or inconvenience, but because she's terrified of bed bugs. I don't think there's been an outbreak of bed bugs in a movie theater her in 5 years, but it pays to be on the safe side. Especially when I don't want to go to the movies.
