I've been thinking about the elves. Now that the holidays are over, what's up with them? They live at the North Pole, and I don't know what kind of compensation package Santa has setup for them, but something tells me it does not include fair wages considering their hazardous living conditions and overtime. I mean, they work all year, and half of the year it's dark 24-hour-a-day and too cold to leave their homes. I suppose that when kids are old enough to stop worrying about what kind of gifts they'll get and begin worrying about the working conditions of the elves, they're already old enough to have figured things out.
