I've always hated golf, but for some reason I've been compelled to play lately and found that I enjoy it. I hate the sport for its waste of resources and space, and I have a generalized problem with spending my outdoor time in such a manufactured environment, but I can't deny it: I like golf. And this is coming from a former position of pure hatred. So I've found myself wondering, and a bit worried, about the other things that I now hate that I may one day find myself enjoying. What if, years from now, I find myself enjoying country music? I hope that day never comes. I wouldn't know who I was anymore.
