The Pretender

My friend Dave told a woman he works with that he's responsible for writing this blog. He mentioned it casually one day when she said she subscribed, and he forgot about it soon after. She suspected he might be lying, so one day she asked him what he'd written about the night before. The jig was up. He admitted he had nothing to do with it. But he should have just said, "I have no idea, I never remember," and he would have been right all along. I hope other people are out there trying to make connections by claiming to write this content every day.
