When my parents were visiting one year during college, my roommate Luke was all dressed up. People didn't normally dress up in my house. At first glance you would have assumed he was a khaki-clad inspector the city had sent to tell us our house was condemned. We inquired and he told me and my parents that he was going to get wedding photos taken with our friend Jill. She'd entered and won a wedding photo contest, and since she wasn't married, she asked Luke to go with her. I never saw the product of their engagement photo session, but I hope they saved them because now, more than 10 years later, the two are finally dating. And in the event they get married, I hope they contact the wedding photographer who worked so hard for them 10 years ago.
