My American Food Restaurant Idea
I love Thai food, but whenever I got to a Thai restaurant I find myself looking at the menu thinking, "Is there anything healthy here?" If there's something healthy on the menu I can't find it. That troubles me, because it seems that in Thailand people are generally healthy, which means either they can eat all of this stuff and be healthy, or it means that the food my Thai restaurants serve is not very representative of Thailand. Then I think, "Maybe I should move to Thailand and open an American Food restaurant and only sell fried chicken, donuts, and pancakes." People would love to eat at my restaurant, but I hope some of them would wonder whether there might be more depth to American food.
