I hate it when I go to a bar and order a cocktail that sounds interesting, and then when the barman gives it to me it's in dainty little glass. I never knew bourbon and vermouth mixed together could look so delicate. Martini glasses don't make sense. They expose the liquid so much that the drink is room temperature in a matter of minutes, so you end up drinking them fast. My theory is that it's all a conspiracy by the liquor industry. It's working.
